What is Sustainable Project Management?
Sustainable Project Management (SPM) is the application of sustainable principles and practices throughout the project life cycle. It goes beyond the traditional focus on time cost and scope to include long tern value creation and stakeholder well-being. This is done to ensure that economic, environmental and social impacts are responsibly managed and balanced.
This is a two-day Introduction to Sustainable Project Management Course. It seeks to demystify issues pertaining to sustainable project management. It also provides a sound understanding of the relevant standards and technique associated with sustainable project management. It is concluded with a capstone workshop in which participants practice how a project is designed based on a P5 standard.
