DR SANATH SUKUMARANManaging Director of Agile Consultancy
Dr Sanath is a Certified Knowledge Manager. He is also the head of Knoco Malaysia as sole affiliate partner of Knoco UK in Malaysia. Knoco is one of UK’s largest and prestigious KM organizations. His doctoral dissertation that he completed in 2017 was in Knowledge Management with an emphasis on strategic enterprise wide tacit knowledge elicitation exercise.
Dr. Sanath has the distinction of having conducted KM consultancy and training over a broad spectrum of industries namely automobile, legal, higher education, training, media, software development and banking. His notable work includes KM policy and governance framework for the largest department of the Malaysian civil service.
Dr. Sanath has published numerous research findings on Knowledge Management research and practice over the last 15 years. His research focuses on contemporary and renewed approaches towards KM systems development, elicitation of tacit knowledge and KM systems frameworks. He has presented his ideas on many Knowledge Management practices in international conferences in Malaysia and overseas. He is also in the editorial board of European Knowledge Management Conference which stands as the longest annual KM conference in the world.
