AGILE LEADERSHIP TRAINING COURSE

Overview

This Agile Leadership awareness program provides leaders with an opportunity to rethink their leadership focus in an agile business environment. It allows them to assess the most critical dimensions of human performance, cultural dynamics as well as structural shaping necessary for designing environments conducive for agile development.
