• PMP Certified
• 1 - 3 years of experience managing agile projects
• Obtain an agile certification, such as the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification
• PMI Authorized Instructor

Job Description:

Training Coordinator responsibilities includes:-

• Communicating with managers to identify training needs.
• Mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational sessions
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

Requirement:

• Business Development for all certification as well as corporate programs at international level
• Developing and maintaining website / social media marketing
• Facilitating expansion of products and services to the international market
• Management of international client expectations
• Assist other areas of business as and when required

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/ Business Management/ Mass Communications/ Commerce or related discipline

• Learn about current IT infrastructure
• Review current websites and suggest improvements
• Monitor and maintain website by making sure websites adhere to latest SEO trends
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks of this organization
• Managing google advertisements to maximize returns on investments 

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or relevant professional qualification.

• Facilitating expansion of products and services to international market
• Seeking areas for improvement by benchmarking against similar service providers that have internationalized their business
• Identification of international marketing partners / franchisees
• Collaboration with Institutions / Accreditation Bodies / Professional Affiliations
• Developing and managing international online promotions for expertise being offered by Sharma Management International
• Translation of information pertaining to services offered to entice international respondents to seek services offered
